The film right has recently been bought by Amazon Studio with planned 2021 release date but have not commenced principal photography, or in production nor casts have selected - see HERE. Delete/Redirect. There has been a plague of Amazon and Apple TV series articles - all of which share the same theme - they were announced as an idea, or a director driven TV series, but no actual work as begun.
